Karen currently is the Director for Police Communications and Real Time Crime Center in  Scottsdale, Arizona and has over 40 years in the Law Enforcement profession working with Records and Communications. Karen is an AZ APCO NENA Executive Board member, trainer, adjunct professor, and early super of technology solutions.
