Karen Sutherland, Support Services Director at Scottsdale Police Department
Karen currently is the Director for Police Communications and Real Time Crime Center in Scottsdale, Arizona and has over 40 years in the Law Enforcement profession working with Records and Communications. Karen is an AZ APCO NENA Executive Board member, trainer, adjunct professor, and early super of technology solutions.
Chris Guerrero, Customer Success Manager at RapidDeploy
Chris brings over 16 years of experience in the 911 industry to his role at RapidDeploy. He supports 911 centers by focusing on successfully adopting emergency response solutions. Chris also works part-time in the PSAP to help and support telecommunicators directly. Through collaborative efforts with public safety agencies and other stakeholders, Chris' mission is to empower responders with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
